It's a rather strong feel, but a part of a pad is soft and is comfortable putting feeling overall.
Because a person who usually puts on size M can put on every size, if if liking deepening, a shallow one likes size L, I'd hope that you choose size S.
There is also separate sale, so a pad can put it in with 2 and 3.
When overstraining oneself, I enter about 4.
